Although we support many products and patches, there are times when customers encounter support gaps. This document outlines how to request support for new patches or products not currently supported by Ivanti Endpoint Security Patch & Remediation.
All requests for new Products and Vendors should be submitted through our Ivanti Ideas Patch Content forum. The Ivanti Ideas portal utilizes the same login as our support and community portals.
