At logon, an error appears "Powergrid has stopped working".
Upon choosing "Close the program" the user can work as normal.
In the Microsoft Windows Application Event Log an error is logged:
Event id: 1000
Path to application with fault; C:\Program Files (x86)\RES Software\Workspace Manager\pwrgrid.exe
Path to module with fault: C:\Windows\ SYSTEM32\KERNELBASE.dll
The product installation has been corrupted.
De-install the current installation of the agent. After rebooting the system, install the Agent or Full installation onto your client and reboot again afterwards.
