After logging in with Ivanti Workspace Control on a computer where Carbon Black CB-Defense is installed the session is logged off immediately after the logon is completed.
In the Windows Event Log the following error is logged;

Winlogon.exe crashes because of an error in ctiuser.dll which closes the user session immediately. In this case, Ivanti Workspace Control is not even able to perform a correct rundown.
Ctiuser.dll is added by the installation of the CB-Defense agent.
This issue is resolved in Ivanti Workspace Control 10.2.900.0.
