GoldMine Email Center - IMAP - Emails are being removed from the Exchange server when GoldMine is NOT set to remove them.
This can be caused by an email rule being set to delete mail from the server.
First verify that the GoldMine Email Center does not have the box checked to Auto-delete
If the Auto-delete checkbox is not checked please continue to the next steps.
1.Open the GoldMine Email Center
2.Right mouse click on your email account that is removing emails from the server.
3.Select: Options-->Set up E-mail rules.
4.Look at all rules listed and un-check or delete the rule that is set to delete the email from the server.
Also Check the Global Rules - Primary and Secondary by selecting the Global Rules button.
