Access Wizard doesn't show the applications assigned to the Application Manager

    Problem

    Consider the following scenario:

    • The access principle for an application is set to Application Manager.
    • Application Managers are assigned to this application.

    In this scenario after starting the Access Wizard, it should give a list of applications which the Application Manager can select to give other users access too.

    However, no applications are listed at all.

     

    The following error could be noticed on the Error tab of the Agent in the Agents overview in the Ivanti Workspace Control Console after changing/adding/deleting the Application Manager access principle:

     

    Time:

    User name: Domain\User

    Process: pwrtech.exe (2016.0.3419)

    Procedure: fysnClassIntegrityOK

    Error #: -

    Error Description: Detected mismatch in real & recorded recordcount for ApplicationManager (122/123)

     

     

    When performing a Database integrity check, you can get these errors:

     

    Time:

    User name: Domain\User

    Process: pwrcache.exe (2016.0.3356)

    Procedure: fysnCheckForUpdatedStateInfo

    Error #: -

    Error Description: Record count repaired for 'ApplicationManager'

     

    Time:

    User name: Domain\User

    Error #: -

    Error Description: Record count repaired for 'ApplicationManagerSID'

     

     

    Solution

    This issue is resolved in Ivanti Workspace Control 10.2.700.1.
