The " Contact Support " button not available creating case

Version 2

    - I can login to the Support Portal no problem and even download the software updates.
    - When attempting to open a support case however the "Contact Support" button is grayed out / not available; why is this?

    Resolution:

    1 - When opening cases the search terms will be the case title if the results of the search are not helpful

    2 - Noted in the above image "Searching enables the Contact Support button" and is "REQUIRED"
