Consider the following scenario:
- Microsoft OneDrive is installed and configured.
- The policy Prevent access to drives from My Computer has been configured to prevent access to the C-drive.
In this scenario, users are unable to synchronize files from their Microsoft OneDrive or Microsoft OneDrive for Business account.
Do not set the policy Prevent access to drives from My Computer or redirect the OneDrive folder to another location.
Note: This issue will also occur when the policy has been configured without using Ivanti Workspace Control.
