When the option within the autoemail configuration tool is selected on Outbound to include notification report, and not send as attachment, the text is sometimes truncated.
This can also be tested by running the report in Crystal for this particular call (the text should show OK within Crystal). Then go to File -> Export and change the Format to "Text" and save to disk. Check the output and the text is likely to be truncated.
Apply servicepack 6 for Crystal Reports 10.
