Problem / Solution: Scheduled actions are not running after performing TTL

    Requires Access To:

    Configuration Center, possibly Application and/or Web server where services are running



    After performing a TTL push, scheduled actions are not running.

    This could also include other service-driven functionality not working, such as notifications not sending, email not being sent or received, etc.



    Services can become stale if the database reference changes out from underneath them.


    Solution / Workaround:

    Log into Configuration Center and restart all Services to ensure they all pick up the metadata changes that take place during TTL.
