Article status changes from Approved to Created

    My articles status changes from Approved to Created. If I approve it, the status changes to Approved but then changes back to Created. Why is this?

     

     

    Answer

    There is a Service called "Touchpaper Knowledge Base Service" which when running, will move all articles that has reached the date on the Expiry field, back to the Creation Status. If the Expiry field's date already is in the past, it will move the Article directly on the next poll.

     

    So you can either stop this Service from running and you do not need to bother about the Expiry Date on the Article's or you can make sure to set the Expiry date to a future date when you feel that it would be useful to overview the article again.
