All calls created in HIE have an attachment added automatically

    Why do calls created in Helpdesk Internet Edition (HIE) have the same attachment added to them when creating the call but once the call is saved the attachment is no longer displayed.



    There is a row in the CALLATCH_HDW table which either does not contain a value or contains a null value in the CALL_HDW column.

    The attached script will remove the problematic row and will resolve this issue.
