The SSRS Instance to resolve.
Multiple reports are being sent out for a single report in the Reports workspace in ISM.
SSRS has multiple subscriptions for a single report.
Solution / Workaround:
1) Log into the SSRS Report Manager.
2) Click on the Workspace folder, select the folder for the affected instance, then click the Reports folder.
3) Click the ellipses (...) for the affected report and then select Manage from the pop-up list.
4) Click "Subscriptions" from the left hand menu.
5) Identify the erroneous subscription/schedule and delete it from SSRS.
