    Question:

    What privilege is needed for a user to be able to manually run a Bulk Action?

     

    Answer:

    To enable an analyst to run a Bulk Action in Service Desk you will need to give them the 'Execute' privilege on the Bulk Action privilege.

    You will find this privilege in the Privilege section under the Administration Component.

    Expand: 'Configuration Components' and double click on 'Configuration'.
