How do I show whether an incident has changed colour / color in Webdesk ?

    Within Webdesk, how do I know an incident has breached a Response level's Escalation action which has been set to change colour on the incident ?




    The escalation colour will be shown on your query results. Ensure that the column "Colour" has been added to your query.


    Note: the colour will not display in the incident details as there is no tree - this is as designed.
