We have received some reports of some Mac clients not showing up in the Gateway for Remote Control. Other features such as Inventory and Patch scans work through the Gateway as expected. We have found the cause of the issue and have a fix for it currently in testing. However until it is released if you are having this problem as a work around you can take the following steps:
- On the Mac client that is not showing up in the Gateway run this command: sudo launchctl unload /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.landesk.remote.plist
- Then run this command: sudo launchctl load /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.landesk.remote.plist
Now the agent will be visible in the Gateway for Remote Control.
