Would like to limit the user functions in Self Service Portal

    Question:

     

    We would like to limit the user functions in Self Service for Change requests. At the moment when a user Creates a new incident on the portal the incident is logged under their name.  I would like the same to happen when users click on create new change, when they do this at the moment they get the window to enter the username details.

    Solution:

     

    You could create a new window that does not have any User details on it. Then create a view in Window Manager so that this window will be used on the Portal. The user should then be auto populated.
