    How do I make an attribute auditable ?



    You can set attributes to be included in the audit trail by opening Object Designer, open the required Business Object, selecting the attribute and within the Properties, set  "Is Auditable" to True.


    If you want to set say, the Incident title to be auditable, within Object Designer you would need to select Process Management, Process, and select Title within here as the properties for Title are inherited from Process. This would also make the Change title and Process title auditable by default.

    Note: we recommend that you do not specify too many attributes as being auditable as this may impact on performance
