    Problem filtering "Support-Groups"!



      I have set up a filter in order to show only those support-groups, which have a special flag set up. The filter it selfs works, but when I want use this filter for an attribute in "Change-Management/Assignment", it gives me out an Error:




      Can anybody help me out?

          Yes indeed I can.


          You have created your filter in on the assignment object within Change Management.


          However, that object is actually a subset of the object called Process Assignment within Process Management.

          Create your filters here and remove them from Change.  Remember though that the filters you create here will affect Incident, Problem, Change, Call, Request and their tasks, so you will need to build it robust enough to handle all the modules.
