1. I have incident query - criteria not equal to "closed", not equal to "resolved" only, have same for request and problems.
2. in web everything looks good and data is fine
3. Schedule Manager>Report management, here i chose my queries for reports, i made few reports, but the mail with that report doesnt hold my criteria not equal to "closed", not equal to "resolved". Every casereport show me "closed"cases, and from 30 results makes 1000 results.
Anyone know the reason?
