    I do not have the option to create a Problem within Incident Management


      I am a part of two groups and I used to be able to create a Problem, but I have been messing with the processes and Business Objects a lot and now I do not have access to create a problem any longer.


      In the Incident Process you can see that once it gets into "In progress" status there should be the option to "Create Problem"


      I get to this point in the process though and my screen looks like this. As you can see, no "Create Problem" found.


      I then went into Administration into Incident Management and I do not know what the issue could be. I gave both of my groups access to pretty much anything that says "Problem" in it and it still doesn't show up.
