Hi - Hoping someone can help as I can't get through to LANDesk Support
We have setup email notifications as part of the request process which work fine - the only issue is that we need to add the raised date for the request but it isn't listed when you go to insert a placeholder <see below>
Are we missing anything here??
In addition - when requests are logged the initial logged and assignment emails are sent but when approvals are completed or notes added there is a 1hr delay on the emails coming through?? The closure email is sent immediatley, it's only when emails are sent when the request is 'in flight' which seems to have this delay. Again ... any suggestions? The times on the server are all correct.
