There is not a way to do this aside from logging into the GSB page or the console directly.
Accounts lockout after 5 attempts
The admin account releases that lock after 30 minutes
all other accounts stay locked until they are unlocked by a CSA admin
Good morning JonnyB, how is this done in the CSA?
I tried to find a place but couldn't. I know I can unlock the service account under users, but what about the Active Directory accounts?
We don't support AD users on the CSA
