In that page you can find all computer ready to be remote controlled through csa with HTML5 landesk remote control
Thank you, but how do you mean trough VCSA?
I installed for 6 computers the agent with enabled VCSA configuration but on that page i see much more. Why?
If the Remote Control mode on those computers is Gateway, than they show on the list. Have you checked that?
Hi Kerhold, sorry for my late reaction...
The remote contol mode is automatic on the cliens isnt it? I have installed VCSA agent to 6 computers only but shows up much more...why, dont get it.
Thank you, Henrik
If you connect your vCSA to a core server, as soon as it is connected, the core will update its core certificate to include the default Cloud Appliance's information.
This also means that clients will begin to automatically update their core certificate (.0 file) on their next vulscan. Once they have this updated .0 file then their remote control service will automatically connect with the cloud appliance as needed for pending remote control actions. This process is completely automated.
Inventory/Patching/Policies act differently than remote control however and require an updated agent connectivity setting to be applied to them in order to begin connecting through the vCSA.
This means that all of your systems will start to show up on this page over time automatically without you having to do anything.
Hope this helps,
Thank you very much, that was the information what i wanted to know!
Thanks again, Henrik
