Windows 10 - Sysprep CopyProfile Broken

I realize this is an MS issue, but I was hoping the community might have a solution in its collective knowledge.

We are getting issues similar to this:

We are getting ready to open our own case with MS, but who knows when a fix would be released.

Are you all just setting copyprofile to false, or has anyone come up with another solution.

I have tried b1511 from Nov 2015 and also the latest ISO 1511 build patched.
