I want to create life cycle for tickets like incident, problem, Request.

in LANDESK ServiceDesk you could create as much workflows as you want.
LifeCycle are created, updated in Console using Designers\Process Designer. Processed (or Lifecycles) are divided into the various modules.
Use Help to access the Designer Manual for assistance in using process manager
