When creating tickets by mail and completing the Mandatory data in Workspaces the Response level is not populated.
When doing the same via console or webdesk it works.
I have found the following post that indicates that it should be fixed in 2016.4, Workspaces does not set a Response level when creating a new ticket - for some reason I am unable to comment on this post!
We are now running the latest version in Dev and it is still not working.
Was this overlooked or do I have some other issue? - this would be a blocking factor to us going live with workspaces.
