1 - I would recommend changing your e-mail address to something like
name dot surname at-sign company dot com
Pasting straight e-mail addresses into a publicly accessible forum is just inviting various spam-crawlers to start throwing more junk your way :).
2 - What kind of scripts are you looking for? The way I'm reading this at the moment is essentially like "does anyone have scripts for landesk" (just that this is for SD in this case) ... well - there's always lots of scripts, the question is what kind of thing you're looking for.

Thanks for the tip Paul,
You are correct about the email address. I should know better, I used to use those spyder programs myself.
General Service Desk Scripts, things that engineers/users have found useful working the Service Desk Database.
I would love to get a copy of whatever SQL scripts you guys have.. I just got hooked into ServiceDesk and I am looking for anything I can find to make my life a little easier...
I don't have any myself (I don't have much to do with SD yet), but I'll inquire at the Service Desk folks to see if someone can have a look at this and add some "frequently used / useful" type scripts... (not sure there are any, though, since I understand that their DB is changing extremely on a per-customer basis, based on what you're doing with it exactly).

Ok, I appreciate it..
shoot me an email and I will send you what I have gathered so far.
There are numerous scripts available however they all perform very specific functions which won't be relevant for a lot of customer & in many cases could do real harm if run in error. Some are version (ServiceDesk) specific too.
Can you give me some idea of what sort of thing you could be looking for (Oracle or MS SQL?) & I'll see if there is anything which fits the bill? One 'generic' script which I could think of would be to delete test data however we would still prefer to speak to a customer before sending it as in most cases it will require the customer to make some modifications.

Mostly I'm thinking about the scripts for repopulating the ServicePortalEndUsers role and things of that nature that need to be scheduled..
Here you go, both of these should be useful. Usual rules apply, strongly recommend you run them within a test environment first but at the very least, take a full, restorable DB backup prior to running on live & rollback immediately in the event of any issues.
Let me know if there are any others you need.

I will definately be careful...
All that have replied to this post.
I have received a few Scripts, however they are all packaged with the Install CDs.
Did you need any others or do you have what you require?
I would like scripts for checking the email que, clearing the que, and checking the content of a specific email.
I'm not totally sure what you mean by 'checking the mail queue' but I've attached what I think will be useful - it's referred to as the 'Mail Archive scripts' & are generally used to manage the mail backlog if MailManager has been down for any reason. You may find that what's included here you could adapt to what you need.
With regards to checking the specific content of a mail, there is no script for this & in all honesty it's never been requested. I would expect for mail content to be checked from within your Mail Program, using the search facility there - that said, the script below for viewing outgoing mails might be useful, or indeed adaptable.
I've attached a couple of other mail related scripts in case they are useful.
Usual caveats as I said before, run them in a test environment first & if running in live, take a full, restorable database backup prior to doing so & restore immediately to this in the event of any failure or unexpected behaviour.
