    HEAT CLASSIC 9.7.6 - file attachments


      We recently upgraded to HEAT 9.7.6, everything appeared to be working fine, however file attachments coming through email (HMC) are no longer being attached to the tickets.  I have checked all the rules, verified that every account can add attachments and still no attachment when they are sent.  This is a HUGE issue for us as we receive attachments on every employee admin ticket via email, having to manually attach the files from email will be a major inconvenience for us.  Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
