    How to add ServiceReq parameters to email notifications

      We are working with a great number of Support Teams outside Heat.  We need to send them the full details of the ServiceReq (SR) by mail.

      Is there an easy way to add the SR Parameters in generic email notifications ?  It would be great if there is a field "ServiceReq.Parameters" or something that I could simply add.

       

      (I have found a thread where all parameters are copied in a global text field, but this solution seems to heavy.)
