Allow colleges to see support tickets

I am trying to determine if I am able to allow mt colleges to also view my support case's so they can be worked on while I am on leave. Has anybody determined a way this can be implemented.

Sorry if there is already something about this but I could not see anything

Hi gstarbuck,
There is a way we can set rights on users so they can view tickets for users within their own organization.
Please look for an email from our Customer Care team with some additional information and we'll help get you all setup through a ticket rather than discussing the details here.
