    How do I turn off the Knowledge Search?


      I still want the Knowledge Base to be active but would like to disable the automatic KB search that kicks in once you tab past the Summary whilst logging an Incident.


      I disabled the Knowledge Builder service on the server but that doesn't seem to have made a difference. I can't seem to find a setting that enables me to turn the search off in the Knowledge Management Administration section either.
