My Servicedesk installation is constantly freezing for several minutes whilst moving between incidents and other pages. The common denominator appears to be the Servicedesk is 'Searching the knowledgebase' at the time of the freeze. I want to prove this theory by switching of the knowledgebase. I have stopped the service, however, Servicedesk still goes into 'Searching the knowledgebase' mode and freezes. Is there a setting within Servicedesk I can switch off to stop this from happening?
