The history panel is hidden to End Users for security reasons as you aren't currently able to fully control what information is shown on here. Are you able to show your End Users the information you want to show them via Filters on the window as a tab?
Our end users can see the History panel in 7.4 Web Self Service - am I doing something wrong?
We noticed this in testing that even though I had removed filters (collection tabs) at the bottom of the call window - they could still see notes on the history audit trail
Any help in turning this off would be appreciated
This was removed as a part of the 7.4 roll up patch (problem 5113) so it sounds as if this hasn't been applied yet? Here are the details:
I checked UAT and its not there (the panel) so looks like live is not patched correctly
However its odd because myself and the LANDesk engineer did run through the required patches
Might be a case of check which DLL was replaced to correct this...
Somehow we missed main,js and shortcutBar.js
They were still at release 19/12/2010 instead of 03/06/2011
All ok now..thanks for pointing me in the right direction Karen
