    Changing date format in Process Manager


      We are using Process Manager to handle inbound requests from Infopath (but it could be any SOAP/XML emitting software).  The dates are being interpreted correctly, but when we write them out in emails, they get transformed into mm/dd/yyyy format - even though the Regional Settings on the LDPM server are set to Australia.  We expect Process Manager to output the date in the email in dd/mm/yyyy format.  How/where do we change this?
