    Auto complete Customer field in Self Service


      On the old Service Portal - if an end user was a member of only one group (customer) then it auto-chose that customer when creating a new incident. However in the new Self Service (v7.5) the end user has to click the drop down adn select from a choice of 1.


      Is there any way for it to detect that there is only 1 option and to auto select when the incident window is opened.
