      We are currently having a problem with the LanDesk notifying us that there is an alert on a PC. It sends the email but inside the LanDesk program there is no quick and easy way to display the alerts that occured over the past 24 hours or so. Is there any quick and easy to just glance at one screen and be able to see any new alerts that were populated and why the alert went off?

          In your toolbox, under the reporting section is a 'logs'. Everything is recorded there and you can filter easily on date and severity. Per computer, you can open the Real time inventory and monitoring from the context menu of the computer. It opens a webpage and you can see the alert log of the device plus all 'active' alerts.
