    Best Method for Integration between Service Desk and LDMS




      Currently I'm using Service Desk 7.5 and want to do integration with LDMS. Its to make the configuration items in LDMS can be viewed in Service Desk.


      Fyi, normally when do integration with other Configuration Manager tools such as Microsoft SCCM, I will create DB viewer in SCCM database and import it daily. I'm just curious if there are another methods that best for the integration because it comes from same company
