Have you been through the Performance.PDF guide? In particular looking at snapshot isolation and running some performance tuning sessions?
Hi, we have been looking at the performance pdf and run through this, we are unable to see anything causing the issue.
With the issue also appearing to be random (fine on one account but the next will cause a freeze) but mostly linked to end user account creations, we have tried adding the accounts off diferent servers as well and the this will still occur.
Do you know if there is a clear way of tracking one users session to confirm what is happening for the indvidual (with response times) rather than tracking the system as a whole?

I'd recommend logging a support call. If you have turned on snapshot isolation and also run a SQL tuning profile and applied the results when creating a user account , then it's time to call in the experts!
We are still running a number of checks on this and various cleanups have been run also, but we are due to be moving servers shortly so will see what happens after the move and monitor from here, thanks for your help.
