    Group notifications on a single service request

      Another team in our company is looking into using Service Desk as their incident management system and have asked me to look into the possibility of having an incident which notifies a group of individuals with updates on the incident\service request based on ccs on the original e-mail request.  I can't see any functionality to do this in Mail Manager and the only way I can think of doing this is to create a parent\child incident manually, any clever ways of doing this in Process Desinger?
