We are using ldesk 8.8 sp3. We are getting complaints from our users about pc's slowing down. Check the process's and scanning process / AVservice / or Vulscan will be running. Kinda high on memory, but that's not what is really standing out, if you sort by I/O reads the top five will be all ldesk related mostly those 3. And the numbers get really high, as well you can see the HD lights just constantly flickering away.
Do we have any idea's i can try to eleviate the issues?
If i remove the agent from the pc, user complaints stop.....but i can't go without managment and AV.
