    Deleting tickets


      How would I go about deleting a ticket where the process is not working correctly or the process has been removed?

          I think you would have to manually delete that from the database.  I think once a ticket has a process associated with it you have to follow that workflow.  So (I believe) you can either fix the workflow to make it work or delete the ticket from the database.
