Its in OS - NT INFO - Install Date, that will show the date of the OS Install. Its also capturs the date after Windows Setup is re-run (out of sysprep for example).
Hope that helps, don't have the tree in front of me but its in there.
I found this two information but my aim is to create a query to have in result the date of the sp3 installation (perhaps my first message wasn't clear )
in fact my problem is when I want to create my query I can add the criteria "SP3" and the date install but I never have the good date in result...
My query is this one :
"Computer"."Software"."Applications Suites"."Application suite"."name"="windows xp service pack 3"
and "Computer"."Software"."Applications Suites"."Application suite"."Install Date" Exists
One of the issues that I was running into also was from the: "Computer"."Software"."Applications Suites"."Application suite"."Install Date"
The problem I had was the "Install Date" is in multiple formats like:
20100428 - translates into (4/28/2010)
Wed Apr 28 11:15:30 CST 2010 or
Wed Apr 28 14:15:30 GMT -06:00 2010
You might be able to find it using this:
"Computer"."Security and Patch Definitions"."Vulnerability ID" = "WXP-SP3" then add the "Patch Install Date" as a column.
Hope that helps!

One of the annoyances of Dates set up as a string, you may want to vote on this ER to get this changed so that sorting and querying will be much easier - http://community.landesk.com/support/thread/10278
Your solution didn't works because I haven't any information in "Patch Install Date" perhaps because I didn't use patch manager to deploy sp3 ?
EricG : sorry but I haven't access to your link, I don't know why.
the lack of being able to see the link is likely because we're missing a signature in some paperwork.
I could make sure that your community-user-name is correctly linked to your entry on our side, so that's all good. I would suggest you contact your relevant LANDesk Inside-sales person to see what (if anything) is missing for them to switch on your support contract in the system.
Possible that a check-box somewhere is missing or so, as it appeas that you're not marked as having an active PMA at present.
Once that's fixed, you should have access to the ER portal.
