try updating your /RN swith to /R0.
also if you want to use V2 (which is recommended) you will have to lay down the .img image and then capture back with V2 so it is in .TBI format.
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, the new switches didn't help me... I figured I would try to just update my images. So here is where I am at: I manually restored the .IMG image from a WinPE command line running imagew.exe v1. Then I captured the image through LD9 pxe menu to the new .TBIformat. Now I can manually restore the TBI image from the WinPE command prompt with imagew v2, but when I run it through provisioning, even with the same switches, it fails right away with:
An error has occured writing to the hard drive. Ignore all erorrs and continue?
I hit Yes, and it finishes, but then I get the NTDLR missing on boot.
If I restore the new TBI image manually via the PXE menu and a script, it loads flawlessly, so there is not really a problem with the hard disk. I believe I now have a provisioning problem.

I believe in the OSD scripts it is wiping the hard drive before it lays down the image, you may need to add those actions in your provisioning template.
EMiranda - that was the right track. In 8.8 I had a "drive preparation" template that did the following:
Remove all partitions
Create a partition
Mount the drive
With imagew V2, I removed all of these items and only have one template to Remove all partitions, and now it works.
Thanks for all the help!
I am experiencing the same issue but I do not wish to convert the images as I do not have the machines readily available so I need to figure out how to get this working with the existing images. Does anyone else have any suggestions?
