I have create a simple batch file which checks for a folder, if it does not exist it will create the folder
:: The batch file will create a folder TestPatch if it does not exist
IF NOT EXIST "DF:\NSB\Coalition\BTEPATCH\TestPatch" MKDIR "D:\NSB\Coalition\BTEPATCH\TestPatch"
I have tested this batch file locally on a PC and it completes succesfully
I then created a Batch File Package and this generate the following errors:

The Scheduled Tasks window displays the following result:

I don't know if that is a typo in the batch file or not, but you have DF:\ and I am guessing you meant D:\.
I'm not sure what the error code is exactly, but is it possible D: does not exist or it might be an optical drive?
