    Service Desk and Citrix - adding attachments


      We have the LANDesk Service Desk installed locally on a 2 server Citrix Farm.  The server o/s is Windows 2008 SP2 and we are using Citrix XenApp V5.  LANDesk Service Desk is run as a published application through Program Neighborhood, v 11.


      When adding an attachment to an incident, clicking on the ellipsis to browse for the attachment, it opens up the Citrix server the user is connected to, showing the users Citrix profile.  However, on clicking the Citrix profie folder, the whole server is open to the user.


      Does anybody know if there is anyway to force LANDesk to browse a certain area for attachments.
