    ITBM Customer Self Service Portal 'Saved Searches'




      Currently using ITBM 7.3.


      One of our clients would like the option to save incident searches they perfom on the self service portal for future use.


      Is this level of functionality built into LANDesk and if not could if be incorporate (or at least added to a considerations/recommendations list) for future releases?
