I am looking into setting up VPro with Landesk. In reading through an Intel vPro remote configuration guide, it has an appendix listing the top level domains that are supported in AMT.
From what I have read, the client computer will pull the dns info from the dhcp server and this information will be used in the provisioning process. Currently, our dhcp gives out "company.corp" instead of "company.com" for client computers on our internal network. Unfortunately, "corp" is not on the list of TLD's supported by AMT.
Is there a way around this so that I can remotely provision roughly 1,500 machines using a third party certificate, or do I have to do the provisioning manually?
