yes, it can be done (i believe anything can be done with a little scripting ) however you must be very familiar with SOAP and IIS. If you do and you configure IIS correctly you can create a backdoor to the MsgSDK which houses all your provisioning commands.
that's about all the info i can give, sorry because I am sure LANDesk absolutly does not support this method and I def don't want to be responsible if anything goes wrong, so as advice, if you are not familiar with SOAP and IIS, I wouldn't do it.
But I see that you want to lean towards "Zero Touch" Provisioning which is an awesome thing...and I can tell you that LANDesk has def heard from us about trying to get this done and making their product better so everyone can get these features.
