    incorrect clock settings in mail messages



      When an incident is reassigned we have the option of sending a mail message to the analyst which displays the time that it was reassigned.  The time it displays is incorrect by 1 hour, I presume due to British Summer Time, but how do I correct this?


      I have checked that the application server itself is displaying the correct time.
