    urgency code from mail

      It would be nice to map the urgency code from the E-Mails. If a user for example sends an E-Mail to our ServiceDesk which he has marked in MS Outlook as "high", it would be helpful for us, to somehow map this attribute in the ITBM. The Mails marked explicit as "low" priority.
