I agree this is a great idea. If you post it in the Enhancements section of Community (Service Desk-ER) then other people can vote on it and influence future functionality enhancements to the product.
There is a possible solution to this, although it's not that great, but it should work. If the user sending the email puts the word urgent in the subject of the message we can design the process to test for that and react accordingly. Andy

This unfortunately isn't exactly what I was thinking of. I would like to filter out only the attribute, if the mail is urgent or low.
